North End Market in the Park is a monthly community marketplace hosted by A Pensacola Perspective (APP). It creates a closer-to-home place for northern Escambia County residents to shop, sell, eat, promote their businesses or organizations, and connect with their community.
-
Cantonment: Saturday, October 17, from 10 AM–4 PM at Farm Hill/Santa Maria Plaza Park.
Century: Saturday, October 24, from 10 AM–4 PM at Thomas Nelson Park. -
Not at all! The market is open to small businesses, makers, resellers, individuals selling personal or yard sale items, food vendors, food trucks, nonprofits, community organizations, and more.
-
Standard vendors, including handmade, resale, yard sale, and other vendors, are $20. Food trucks and food vendors are $30, and nonprofit organizations are $10.
-
Yep! One of the goals of the market is to give residents an affordable place to sell personal items without needing to operate a formal business.
-
Yes! Artists, crafters, makers, and other handmade-product vendors are welcome.
-
Vendors should plan to remain for the entire 10 AM–4 PM market unless prior arrangements have been made with APP. This helps keep the marketplace active and prevents vehicles from moving through vendor areas while attendees are present. However, we understand if you need to leave before the event ends.
-
Because North End Market in the Park is an outdoor event, APP will monitor weather conditions and communicate any delays, cancellations, or other changes directly with registered vendors.
-
No. The goal is to establish North End Market in the Park as a recurring monthly marketplace serving northern Escambia County, with markets in both Cantonment and Century.
-
No. The marketplace is intended to be open for the community to come shop, eat, browse, and connect.
-
Food trucks and food vendors are welcome. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the products they sell comply with any applicable Florida and local food-safety, licensing, or cottage-food requirements.
Food vendors will also be required to sign an additional acknowledgement about the services provided to customer at each event.
-

-
Yes! Vendors are welcome to register for either market or both. Each market requires its own vendor registration.
-
Submitting an application does not necessarily guarantee placement. APP may review registrations to ensure vendors are appropriate for the event and to help manage duplicate vendors, food vendors, space limitations, and other event needs.
-
Do not assume electricity will be available. Vendors who require electricity should indicate that during registration so APP can determine whether accommodations are possible.
-
Unless otherwise communicated by APP, vendors should plan to provide the equipment necessary for their own setup. Additional setup requirements will be provided to registered vendors before the event.
-
Yes, subject to the event's final setup requirements. Vendors should be prepared to properly secure any tents or canopies for outdoor use.
-
Vendor setup and check-in instructions will be sent to registered vendors before the event. Vendors should plan to have their booths completely set up before the market opens at 10 AM. Event breakdown by 5pm, especially during fall and winter hours.
-
The markets are organized and coordinated by A Pensacola Perspective (APP) as part of our work to promote positive community engagement, support local commerce, connect residents with resources, and create more opportunities throughout the Panhandle.
